Each flat is equipped
with an electric cooker, microwave, colour TV, vacuum cleaner, iron and
ironing board, duvets, pillows, hair dryers, CD/Radio/Cassette players,
blankets & electric blankets.
Charges are set out on the tariff sheet.
There is no charge for cots or cot linen. Highchairs are available on
request. Additional people are charged at £15/person/night. Electricity
and Gas is included in the charge for the flat. Bed linen and towels can
be hired, £7.50/person for linen only, or £10/person linen & towels.
A
deposit of 33% on booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks before your
date of arrival along with a £100 security bond, which is refunded if
the apartment is left as found.
Pets are welcome at an additional charge
of £30/dog/week, and subject to their owners accepting liability for any
damage they may do. In addition to this they must not be left unattended
in the flats, allowed on the furniture, including the beds. Owners are
asked to bring suitable bedding for their pets.
On your day of arrival
flats will be available from 3 pm. On your day of departure guests are
asked to vacate the flats by 10 am. Flats are to be left as found, if
you do not wish to clean then please make prior arrangements, and a fee
of £40 will be payable. Late departure charge of £5 per quater of
an hour after 10AM deductable from security bond.
There is a train service
to Bodmin Parkway or Newquay, or coaches to Wadebridge. The connecting
services would be local buses or taxis to Padstow and onto Trevone.
